What Is the Cost of a REVOLISM Franchise?

Enjoy the benefits of our low-cost, early-stage investment

Our flexible and versatile franchise structure scales to fit virtually anyone — from stay-at-home moms focused on social networking and part-time growth to brick-and-mortar businesses with physical locations and staff. Depending on the franchise model you prefer and the area in which you live, we will help you decide which franchise model is right for you. For major metropolitan areas, we offer a virtual franchise starting at a $2500 franchise fee, with total investment ranging from $10,000 to $30,000. For non-metropolitan communities, we recommend a protected territory and a brick-and-mortar establishment. Investment for a brink-and-mortar location begins with an initial franchise fee of $10,000 and total investment ranges from $17,500 to $67,500 plus real estate, construction and other associated costs.

REVOLISM franchise

Previously, the Metabolic Code was reserved to physicians and clinics. Through REVOLISM, we’re bringing the code to a wider market. REVOLISM makes a great stand-alone business — brick-and-mortar or virtual — and it can be a powerful add-on service for practicing nurses, dietitians, nutritionists, chiropractors, lifestyle coaches and any other wellness-focused business.

Backed by top leaders in health, wellness and nutrition, we have plans to expand nationwide through managed, sustainable development. With a strategic focus on virtual operation in metropolitan areas, a REVOLISM franchise is an affordable, scalable and potentially lucrative investment opportunity.

We make no representation that your costs will come within the ranges estimated and cannot guarantee that you will not incur additional expenses starting your business. Your actual costs may depend on: region; time of year; how much you follow our methods and procedures; your management skill, experience and acumen; local economic conditions; local market for your services; competition; and sales levels that you reach during the initial period of your business. For the estimated range of costs, we relied on our experience in the virtual business for wellness and weight loss, as discussed in Item 1 and Item 2 of this Disclosure Document. You should carefully review these figures with your business advisor before making any decision to purchase this Franchise.

(3) You must pay for the salaries and benefits, travel, meal, lodging and other expenses while you and any of your representatives attend the training program. Your actual costs will vary, depending on the distance to be traveled, your method of travel, and your personal circumstances.

(7) During the initial phase (the first three months of operations), you will need additional funds to cover supplies, local advertising, utilities, and other miscellaneous operating costs. This estimate has not been offset by any allowance for your operating revenues during this three-month period. Your working capital requirements may increase or decrease depending upon your geographic area, operating revenues and other economic factors.

(8) These figures are estimates only, and it is possible that you may have additional or greater expenses during this period. Your costs will vary depending on your geographic area, economic and market conditions, competition, interest rates, sales levels attained, and other economic factors. You should review these figures carefully with a business advisor before making any decision to purchase the franchise. We have not provided for capital or other reserve funds necessary for you to reach “break-even,” “positive cash flow” or any other financial position. We do not furnish, nor do we authorize our salespersons or anyone else to furnish, estimates as to those amounts. These figures are only estimates and we cannot assure that you will not have additional expenses starting your Virtual REVOLISM Franchise.

(9) Real estate costs are not included because you are not required to have a physical location site for your Virtual REVOLISM Franchise. (3) The high estimated amount is calculated based on a territory population of 270,000. We may sell a territory larger than 480,000, but generally this will be the maximum population.

(4) You must pay for the salaries and benefits, travel, meal, lodging and other expenses while you and any of your representatives attend the training program. Your actual costs will vary, depending on the distance to be traveled, your method of travel, and your personal circumstances.

(5) If you do not own building space for your REVOLISM franchise, then you must lease or purchase the business premises for the REVOLISM franchise. Too many variables exist, such as buying versus renting and your personal preference as to space and accessories, to ascertain an exact cost for real estate. A new REVOLISM business generally will contain 1,000 to 1,800 square feet. If renting, your costs will vary depending upon build-out costs, square footage, cost per square foot, location, length of the lease, age of the leased property, local market conditions, and bargaining power of the developer or property management company. Your build-out costs may vary depending on local market conditions and other related factors. A landlord may require you to provide a full or limited personal guarantee, a letter of credit and/or a security deposit. We must accept your location site before you sign a lease.
